Hello!

My name is Vanessa Chambers. Sorting out my insides is, and has been, a high priority since my first son was born in 2003. Over the years I have learned how to communicate with myself in a healthy way, shifting away from dysfunctional coping mechanisms and inner dialogues.

I have been a student of yoga for 20 years, 15 of those have included teaching.
