Sapphire Glow Wellness
Krystal Einarsson is an EFT Tapping & Financial Wellness Coach who helps overwhelmed,
ready-for-a-change clients regulate their nervous systems, release emotional blocks, and release limiting beliefs from the inside out.
Through a holistic blend of EFT tapping, mindset work, and practical financial awareness, Krystal supports clients in calming anxiety, shifting limiting beliefs, and creating sustainable financial habits that actually stick.

With training as a Certified Personal Financial Wellness Coach, EFT Tapping Coach, and a deep passion for emotional well-being, Krystal understands that limiting beliefs are rarely just about the belief—they are rooted in emotions, self-worth, past experiences, and survival-based
patterns. EFT tapping is at the heart of her work, allowing clients to radically accept the current situation with love, gently release fear, scarcity, and overwhelm while building a sense of safety and self-trust around money and life decisions.
In addition to her coaching work, Krystal is a professional photographer and is currently pursuing her degree in Psychology, further grounding her work in an understanding of human behavior, emotional regulation, and the mind-body connection.
Her multidisciplinary background allows her to approach healing with both intuition and evidence-based insight.
Krystal’s approach is compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering. She believes true wellness—financial and emotional—is not about hustle or perfection, but about awareness, nervous system support, and aligned action. Her mission is to help others feel safe in their bodies, confident in their choices, and free to create a life that supports their well-being on every level.

EFT Tapping for Imposter Syndrome
In this tapping session we are going to work through accepting the feelings and thoughts of Imposter Syndrome, and release it as much as we can while building the courage and confidence
to move forward as we are. Do it scared if you have to.
As we work through building confidence, we want to understand that in order to move forward, we just have to take the first step. We don’t have to have it all figured out now, and that we will learn as we proceed.
