Lay Down, Let Go
Our society is very gradually changing. Yet perhaps you’re still laboring under the conditioning of your childhood.
We live in a pay to play world. If you don’t make money you will not eat, have shelter, have resources for activities above and beyond survival. The underlying implication here is that if you don’t grind, if you stop to rest in your life, you will not survive. Sometimes it truly feels that way.
The Savasana Challenge is a 4 week program during which you will lay down for 15 minutes, 3 times a week. There won’t be other practices. There won’t be conversation on calls. You simply prepare your space, (maybe on your bed or in your car?!) login to the Zoom room and relax.

Savasana will be led every Monday, Wednesday, & Thursdays at Noon EST. (Except for the week of Thanksgiving when we will shift to Friday.)
There will be 2 weekend days as well. 2 Sundays at 6pm. Click the button above to download dates and times into your online calendar.
Consider your needs as you plan for rest. Find a location that can be quiet for the duration of the practice. Maybe you’ll need headphones and want a blanket. You can practice reclining on a comfortable chair or use a mat and some folded blankets to lay on the ground. If you work you maybe can close a door or you could sit in your car.

Office Hours
Discuss the role of rest in your life. (Or the lack thereof.) Join your fellow burnt out people to discuss what has worked and what needs tweaking in the addition of regular rest to your routine.
Voxer office hours will be held every Friday during the course of the challenge.
